Job Description:
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an HR Generalist to provide key local HR support for our production site in Campsie, supporting Operational Managers on all aspects of their people strategy. You will be a key member of the HR team supporting large-scale manufacturing operations in Ireland. The role involves monitoring and providing headcount data to ensure business demand is met and compliance is maintained.
Responsibilities:
1. Utilise HR and business systems to build and report on employee KPIs, supporting fact-based decision making.
2. Monitor HR data for accuracy and quality management.
3. Support the HR team in offering advice, guidance, and support to management and staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
4. Assist with HR systems integration and change management initiatives.
5. Support managers in staff management and achievement of objectives.
6. Drive HR-related business initiatives and improvements.
7. Identify and evaluate development needs within the business.
8. Assist in developing departmental development plans.
9. Ensure HR procedures and compliance are followed.
10. Collaborate with recruitment providers and hiring managers to recruit qualified candidates.
11. Resolve HR issues efficiently and cost-effectively.
12. Perform general HR administration and maintain personnel records.
13. Provide data to Payroll for correct monthly payroll administration.
Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience in HR, with employee relations expertise.
* HR or relevant degree is advantageous.
* Knowledge of Oracle Fusion, HCM, and ORC is advantageous.
* Strong IT skills, including MS Office and HR databases.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Physical & Environmental Demands:
Presence on a manufacturing site, requiring PPE and adherence to EHS policies.
Travel:
Approximately 10% travel to other sites in Ireland (Burnfoot or Letterkenny).
