The nature of our client base, made up of the “always-on brands” to “first-timers”, will naturally see your role vary from month to month, from clients to channels. At its core, the day-to-day responsibilities of your role will largely lie in the planning, management and delivery of AV activity vs our clients’ outcomes, however we are keen to promote cross-channel experience, so you will also have the opportunity to work across Radio, Digital Audio, OOH, Print and Cinema. Therefore, any experience outside of AV will be a bonus, all we ask for is a solid knowledge base in TV. And of course, we want you to grow with us, so we will welcome your involvement in new client pitches and the training of new members of the team. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Day-to-day management, delivery, and reporting of live campaigns, primarily across AV, but additionally on other ATL channels like radio, digital audio, OOH, print and cinema. To deliver gold standard buying to generate the best campaigns and results for our clients. To work closely within our Investment team and with the comms planning teams from brief to developing media plans, to activation and post-campaign analysis. To utilise strong media owner relationships to negotiate and drive value for our clients. To help grow and advance our team; to teach, manage, and support, and develop juniors’ capabilities by putting together, and managing, individual development plans. To get under the skin of our clients’ businesses and build strong relationships in order to understand how to best serve their needs. To manage status reports, meeting agendas and contact reports, internally and externally, where relevant. To bring and develop new ideas that challenge the status quo and make our brands famous. CORE SKILLS REQUIRED AV buying and planning experience across TV and VOD, ideally covering both DR and brand. Strong negotiation skills and media owner relationships. Strong understanding of the TV marketplace. Commercial awareness and understanding to ensure we are always driving value for our clients and the agency. Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Thorough understanding of widely used industry systems and tools (Mediaocean, TechEdge, TVSquared/ Adalyser) Solid understanding of offline channels, their role within the full channel mix, and the role that they play in customer journeys, in conjunction with online channels. Thorough presentation experience.
