Master Tech Company Car Scheme Duties of a Vehicle Technician with our Client: Complete scheduled vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines. Undertake diagnostic activities to identify causes and solutions for customer vehicle issues. Conduct visual health checks (VHC) on all vehicles and provide a comprehensive report with expert advice and recommendations for customers. Repairing & replacing faulty parts and components. Producing time estimates. Ensuring that the vehicle is road safe. Writing service reports on the work carried out. Liaise directly with customers and service advisors, providing outstanding customer service. Ensure vehicle servicing activities are completed in a safe and high-quality manner, in line with both internal and manufacturer requirements. Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure product and service knowledge is up to date. Contribute to our process improvements and innovations. Mentor and provide guidance to apprentice technicians, where applicable. What our client expects of their Vehicle Technicians Ideally an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Class 4 MOT testing license highly preferable All Automotive experienced are considered. Excellent time keeping. Total commitment towards Health & Safety within the workplace. An Enthusiastic, Friendly and Approachable Personality. Strong organisational skills. Aptitude for multi-tasking. An eye for detail. Ability to work under pressure. Quality awareness. Full UK Driving Licence.
