The studio specialises in high-end private residential projects, including refurbishments, restorations, and bespoke homes across London and the Home Counties, with project values ranging from £300,000 to £4 million. With a growing pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering carefully detailed, design-led homes, the practice offers a supportive, creative environment where team members contribute both technically and creatively. This is a full-time role with flexible hybrid working, combining studio, site, and remote work.

Daily Duties
7. Produce detailed technical drawings and packages using Vectorworks or AutoCAD
8. Develop and resolve construction detailing
9. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors
10. Attend site visits and support project delivery
11. Contribute to design development and technical solutions
12. Support presentations and coordinate project information
Ideal Candidate
13. Qualified Architect or experienced Architectural Technician
14. Experience on high-end UK residential projects
15. Strong technical and detailing skills
16. Proficient in Vectorworks or AutoCAD (CAD preferred)
17. Organised, proactive, and confident in a fast-paced environment
18. Strong communication and teamwork skills
19. Good design awareness and an interest in interior architecture
20. Positive attitude, sense of humour, and willingness to contribute creatively
21. Site experience and understanding of UK construction processes
