Job Details
We currently have a new post of Mobile Area Cleaning Supervisor covering the Dunfermline to Ballingry area. This FC5 Supervisor role will be required to work under the direction of the Area Coordinator carrying out duties as per the Role Profile. Duties will include:
* Monitoring quality standards, overseeing and providing training/support, recruitment, compliance, identifying/maintaining cleaning equipment requirements/inventory, and providing direct support to all cleaning staff including line management responsibilities.
We currently have a permanent vacancy working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a 52-week contract covering:
* Based in Dunfermline, covering from Dunfermline through to Ballingry.
The hours will normally be 2:00pm to 8:00pm, traveling to schools and nurseries in the area. Occasional morning visits may be required.
You will earn a competitive salary of £28,175.91 to £30,691.29 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including:
* £15.01 per hour to start, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.
* Travel expenses paid – we pay 45 pence per mile for staff using their own car.
* Pay is every 4 weeks.

The Person
If you meet the essential qualification criteria as per the Role Profile, we’d like to hear from you:
* BICs Certificate or equivalent.
* IT, literacy, numeracy, and budget skills.
* Manual handling skills.
* Supervisory experience.
* Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain PVG scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland.
* The postholder will be expected to travel around multiple Education, Social Work/Housing, and Commercial units within a designated area.
* A driving licence is essential for this role.
* You will be required to attend an induction training day before starting in the role.
