Pre-construction Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation who are looking for a Pre-construction Manager to support the delivery of commercial construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in estimating, tendering, and project planning, working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
As a Pre-construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all preconstruction activities, ensuring projects are accurately costed, well planned, and set up for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities for a Pre-construction Manager:
1. Analyse and interpret project information and specifications
2. Prepare estimates and bid proposals for commercial construction projects
3. Carry out accurate take-offs for labour and materials from drawings
