Job Description
We are looking for a Staffing-focused Project Manager with strong experience in IT resource augmentation and customer/vendor coordination. The role involves managing end-to-end staffing delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment of resource requirements, and supporting project engagements, particularly within banking and financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end staffing and resource augmentation activities for client requirements
* Gather and understand customer requirements and translate them into staffing needs
* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates
* Arrange and support candidate interviews with clients
* Ensure timely deployment of resources within agreed timelines and budgets
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients on staffing-related matters
* Collaborate with sales and account teams to support pipeline and business growth
* Track onboarding, replacements, and resource movements effectively
* Provide regular status updates and manage escalations related to staffing delivery
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or similar roles
* Strong experience in IT staffing / resource augmentation (mandatory)
* Experience working with clients and vendors in delivery environments
* Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred
* Basic understanding of technology environments including Java Oracle / databases Basic AI concepts or emerging technologies
* Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

* Understanding of banking industry operations, governance, and delivery models
* Experience in regulated environments or enterprise staffing engagements
