What you'll be doing:
1. Investigating reports of anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches, maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates to residents.
2. Creating holistic case strategies that support victims, address perpetrators' behaviours, and use a range of tools and interventions to resolve issues.
3. Taking clear and concise statements and maintaining professional and supportive contact with residents throughout the process.
