Job Description
As the Sector Manager you will work in collaboration with the OSC job management team to ensure performance is in-line with all contractual SLA/KPI requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Actively encourages a customer based focus within their aligned Placemaker team.
• Familiar with contractual service delivery and specification and delivers quality by following standardised processes.
• Meets agreed deadlines and quality specifications and provides timely feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Recruitment of Placemakers in the following categories; Technicians, Technical Team Leaders, Cleaning Mobile Area Supervisors (MAS) and Mobile Cleaners.
• Responsible for Health and Safety of all front-line Placemakers, including incident/accident management, Toolbox talks and Near Hit program.
• Deliver against auditing regime including (but not limited to); Placemaker Technical, Site Technical, Subcontractor quality of work and cleaning (contract specific). Note: support for technical auditing provided by aligned TSM.
• Approval of Job Suspensions and OOH working requests.
• Maximisation of Placemaker recoverable/chargeable hours (productivity) and elimination of down-time.
• Absence management.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
• 5 years minimum experience in comparable management roles.
• Ability to communicate with and support front-line colleagues effectively.
• Ability to manage client expectations and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills, outstanding customer service with remote business groups.
• Must be flexible, adaptable and proactive.
• Ability to effectively manage priorities and projects.
• Able to build relationships in a professional manner with internal stakeholders.
