We are currently working with a fast-growing, privately owned multi-disciplinary real estate consultancy that’s rapidly expanding its footprint across the UK. With established divisions in project management, cost consultancy, façade, and building safety, they’re now seeking a Director of Fire Engineering to lead and grow this service line.
This is a strategic leadership position offering autonomy to shape the direction of the fire engineering function, build a high-performing team, and leverage a strong internal pipeline of work. You’ll work on high-risk residential, cladding and façade remediation, and complex mixed‑use schemes, collaborating closely with internal PM and technical specialists.
Scope includes FRAs, FRAEWs, compartmentation, fire strategy, and advanced fire modelling, with secured PII cover in place.
