Morson Talent currently have an opportunity available for an Administrator to work on the behalf of our Aerospace client based in Yeovil, Somerset. This is an ongoing contract position.
Key accountabilities:
The primary role of an administrator is to provide admin support within the Engineering department, this includes:
• Data entry: Logging and tracking all engineering technical documents
• Loading and releasing the documents onto SAP
You will also be dealing with:
• Hospitality
• Health and safety tasks
• Arranging meetings
• Submitting maintenance requests
• IT requests
• Maintaining logs
• Managing the graduate and apprentice placement spreadsheet.
Skills and experience required:
• Someone who is proactive, approachable and efficient with good attention to detail.
• Capable of working alone for some part but also part of the wider team.
• Experience/knowledge using internal systems/processes and procedures.
• SAP experience is desirable.
• Experience with H&S or has an interest in it.
• Willing to adapt and assist with any ad hoc admin tasks.
• Good communication skills
