Do you have current or previous experience of being Commercial lead on industrial & logistics projects within a main contracting environment?
Our client is a leading tier 2 contractor delivering complex industrial & logistics building projects across the UK.
We would like to talk to Managing Surveyors (some companies might call it Commercial Manager) or Senior Quantity Surveyors ready to step up.
The ideal candidate will have strengths in the following areas:
* Proven experience either current or previous in the industrial sector
* A mid-tier or tier 2 contractor background
* Ability to lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors across multiple projects
* Have strong people management skills
* Proven track record of delivering complex building projects
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A collaborative approach
* Enjoy working in an non corporate environment which is not "tick-box" process driven
