The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, supporting the wider brigade and maintaining excellent standards across your section.

Live-in accommodation available
Shared tips per shift
Structured rota: 5 days out of 7
Work within a small, dedicated team of chefs and kitchen staff
Busy and rewarding environment with up to 200 covers on peak days
Beautiful countryside location just 4 miles from Ringwood (approx. 25 minutes by cycle)
The Kitchen Team
You'll be joining a close-knit brigade consisting of:
2 full-time chefs
1 part-time chef
1 full-time kitchen porter
About You
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Passion for working in kitchens
Ability to thrive in a high-volume kitchen
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
