We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a vibrant team of engineers on our Nottingham based site.This site is a 24-hour operation running 365 days per year. You will work 4 on 4 off 12-hour day shifts.There will be a requirement for you give on call support, which will be substituted with a minimum 4 hour pay for being called out.
The Groups companies manufacture quality products for use in human and animal foodstuffs, agriculture, aquaculture, and industrial applications. The company also produces biofuels and renewable energy and provides services for farming and the food industry. The company has a UK annual turnover approaching £280 million and employs around 1,000 people at 23 sites across the country.
As a Maintenance engineer your duties and responsibilities will include:
1. To liaise with the Shift Team Leader to ensure the efficient running of the factory and associated processes.
2. To understand all factory operations, including steam raising plant / Odour control and effluent treatment plant.
3. Monitor all electrical equipment to ensure efficient operation.
