Your main responsibilities
1. Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of engineers to meet operational goals.
2. Recruit, train, and support team members, ensuring they excel in their roles.
3. Maintain accurate records using SAP and oversee weekly updates.
4. Conduct regular safety audits, implement best practices, and promote a culture of safety.
5. Collaborate with the Projects Manager to negotiate costs and manage quotations.
6. Oversee timely planning for deliveries, materials, and tooling.
7. Build strong relationships with customers, acting as their point of contact.
8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies while setting a personal example of excellence
What you bring
9. A qualification in NVQ or HND (or equivalent).
10. Proven experience as an installation engineer and managing small teams.
11. Strong knowledge of current lift industry standards and legislation.
12. Outstanding problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
13. A proactive approach with a keen attention to detail and commercial awareness.
14. A full, valid driving licence and experience with SAP (preferred).
