We're working with a leading FMCG manufacturing business that has recently invested £50+ million into its site, technology, and infrastructure. As part of this growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Engineer to support and deliver a diverse portfolio of engineering projects.

The Role:
As Project Engineer, you'll take full ownership of projects from initial concept through to completion, including:
* Managing multiple engineering and capital projects end-to-end
* Defining project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
* Coordinating contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
* Supporting installation, commissioning, and handover into production
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Project Engineer within an FMCG manufacturing environment (essential)
* Strong background delivering projects from start to finish
* Experience managing capital expenditure projects
* Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and high-speed production environments
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
