Groundworks Supervisor Key Duties: Your role will involve: * Looking after a 3-4 man groundworks gang team completing remedials on a commercial site * Works include installing new ducting, drainage and finishing works. * Ensure the site team adheres to the company's working procedures * Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. * Report all Health, Safety, and Environmental accidents and issues * Maintain a safe and tidy working environment ensuring the team wears full PPE, at all times. * Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, safety bulletins, etc * Lead on all aspects of health, safety and welfare on site.
