The role:
As Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring high standards, smooth operations and an outstanding customer experience throughout.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing all daily operational activity
• Leading, motivating and developing management and frontline teams
• Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service
• Managing budgets, costs and operational performance
• Driving efficiency, continuous improvement and best practice
• Working closely with the owner on business performance and future growth plans
About you:

• Proven operational management experience within leisure, hospitality or hotel environments
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets and KPIs
