Pensions Administrator
Type - Fully Remote
What You'll Be Doing
Process a variety of pension tasks, including changes of address, name updates, gone-away records, outstanding premiums, valuations, quotations, projections, policy amendments, wake-up or ad-hoc packs, record mismatches, and other exception reports.
Handle member queries via multiple communication channels, all within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
Adhere to Quality Management Systems and relevant regulations.
Take ownership of your development, including mandatory e-learning and building internal systems knowledge.
Identify and escalate risks, complaints, or compliance breaches to your line manager or the Operational Risk & Compliance team. (
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in pensions administration, specifically with Defined Benefit (DB) schemes.
Familiarity with pension authorisations.
Strong numeracy and data-entry skills, with excellent accuracy and 'right-first-time' quality.
Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple channels.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Telephone and computer literacy.
Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to coach and guide colleagues
