We offer tailored and personalised packages of care, 24 hours a day, to up to 36 residents at any one time. Each resident has a beautifully furnished ensuite room, with a spacious sensory garden and communal areas to enjoy.
The Role:
Your time as a Night Care Assistant will be varied, interesting, and rewarding. You’ll assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking, and getting around. Importantly, as a Night Care Assistant, you’ll help make them feel at home. You’ll be respectful of residents’ choices, dignity, and independence at all times. You’ll also be integral to developing residents’ Care Plans, which includes being aware of any specialist support needs.
Hours: 18 hours per week, including alternate weekend shifts.
