Senior Sous Chef – The Stables Bar & Restaurant
Location: Grange Farm Park, Lincolnshire
Contract: Full-time, 30-40 hours/week (5 days over 7)

The Business
The Stables Bar & Restaurant sits at the heart of Grange Farm Park, a family-run luxury holiday park on the Lincolnshire coast. With a relaxed 60-cover brasserie, plus outdoor dining spaces including two tipis, potting shed, stretch tent and BBQ hut, we offer guests and locals everything from hearty breakfasts to tempting evening meals.
We're passionate about quality food, warm service, and consistency – with menus built around locally sourced ingredients, British favourites, and comfort classics.
The Role
We're looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for an experienced Sous Chef ready to step up, or a Senior Sous Chef wanting to bring creativity and leadership to a supportive, growing business.
As Senior Sous Chef, you'll:
* Support the Head Chef in leading day-to-day kitchen operations.
* Run services confidently, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
* Take the lead on daily specials, helping minimise waste and delight guests.
* Assist with menu development, supplier management, and GP targets.
* Train, guide, and motivate junior chefs, helping build a strong and skilled team.
* Maintain our 5-star food hygiene standards and ensure allergen/H&S compliance.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be visible in the kitchen, leading by example and inspiring others with your standards and creativity.
About You

* A strong all-round chef with experience at Sous Chef or Senior Sous level.
* Passionate about food, with a flair for both classics and innovation.
* Confident under pressure, with excellent organisation and communication skills.
* Knowledgeable in food safety, allergens, and HACCP.
* Someone who thrives in a team but can also take charge when needed.
