Overview
Housing & Wellbeing Co-ordinator role at Places for People. This role is based in Holmfirth and involves collaborating with the Housing team. You will primarily support the Tenancy Enforcement and Communities Teams and may support other teams across the business.
Responsibilities
* Provide a comprehensive administrative service for the Housing Management and Tenancy Enforcement Team.
* Give advice and information to internal and external customers via phone and email, delivering a high quality of customer service.
* Update and manage IT systems and tenancy records; log and investigate customer complaints.
* Interact with customers and internal departments to support high-quality customer service and administrative operations.

* Good administration background with excellent customer service skills.
* Can‑do approach to tasks; ability to work under pressure and unsupervised, with ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
* Ability to be empathetic with customers and proactively solve problems.
Requirements
* Enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this position.
