JD Catering Equipment Solutions Ltd is looking for a Service Team Manager to lead our team of engineers and deliver exceptional service to clients across East Anglia. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives on organising, motivating, and driving results in a fast-paced environment, this could be your next role!
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage our service engineers – scheduling, performance, and development
Ensure timely, high-quality repairs, maintenance, and installations
Be the main point of contact for key clients – resolving issues and building relationships
Manage service contracts, warranties, and SLAs, supporting business growth
Track KPIs and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in service management or senior service coordination (commercial catering/technical field)
* Strong leadership, organisational, and planning skills
* Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
* Bonus: Technical knowledge of catering equipment, gas, refrigeration, or electrical systems
