Key Responsibilities Undertake fee-earning work with supervision, contributing to departmental cases. Build technical expertise in managing defended and complex cases, particularly fast track and multi-track claims. Draft legal documents, ensuring compliance with court directions and orders. Progress towards independently managing smaller matters while assisting on larger cases. Liaise with clients, defendants, courts, solicitors, and managing agents.
