B2B Marketing Strategist
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement ABM and marketing strategies to engage and nurture key clients and accounts.
* Collaborate with colleagues to identify target accounts and create personalised marketing plans.
* Proactively source and engage clients and create new business opportunities.
* Take end‑to‑end responsibility for originating, scoping, designing and executing multi‑channel programmes, including email, social media, and content marketing.
* Analyse programme performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive results.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in ABM and marketing strategy to retain a competitive edge.
* Provide occasional onsite visits with clients and partners to support delivery.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in account‑based marketing or B2B marketing, preferably from an agency or consultancy background.
* A strong client‑focused mindset and a track record of delivering results.
* Comprehensive understanding of strategic marketing and ABM principles and tactics, with the ability to apply them in practice.
* Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
* Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
* Ability to analyse data and metrics to drive decision‑making and continuous improvement.
* Creative thinker experienced in developing innovative marketing strategies and programme design.
* Demonstrated sector knowledge or experience in technology, professional services or financial services.
