The Role This role will provide general support to the team and assist with various ad hoc tasks across two/three group companies. The Finance Assistant will be initially responsible for the following tasks: Allocating cash receipts daily Reporting of daily cash balances Bank account reconciliation for company bank accounts Foreign currency bank account revaluations at month end Accounts payable support Assistance with the accounts payable function across 2/3 group companies Provide holiday cover for the whole of the AP function. Accounts receivable support Completing vendor forms / information requests AR function reporting holiday cover Weekly CRM to accounting system uploads and reconciliations Other month end duties as required Assist with Year End Audit Assist with Ad hoc projects As this role develops and the candidate progresses, we would expect them to begin to take on some of the items listed above in their entirety along with other duties as listed below.
