Due to a surge in client demand, they are expanding their delivery team and are looking for an ambitious 180° / 270° Delivery Consultant to join their team in Bristol.

What we’re looking for:
* Experience in recruitment delivery (180° or 270°), resourcing or talent acquisition within Renewables or Engineering
* Strong candidate engagement and sourcing skills
* Motivated, fast-paced mindset and comfortable working to deadlines and targets
* Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
* Highly organised with a structured approach to managing workload
* Positive, team-first attitude and drive to grow within a scaling business
What you’ll be doing:
* Sourcing and qualifying top candidates across engineering and renewable energy disciplines
* Managing end-to-end delivery across a variety of live roles
* Conducting screening, interview preparation and candidate management
* Coordinating interview processes, feedback and offer stages
* Overseeing compliance and onboarding
* Delivering outstanding candidate care throughout the recruitment journey
* Working closely with senior consultants and account managers to meet growing client demand
