Job Description
As our Roadside Recovery Driver, you'll go the extra mile for our customers. Anything can happen whilst driving, but it's OK we are the AA! We get everyone back on the road safely and get their day moving again.
What you'll be doing
* A communicator: You're great with your customers, calming, reassuring and professional in all situations, ensuring the customer feels safe.
* A self-starter: You work independently and as part of a team, driving to different locations in all weathers.
* A fixer/problem solver: You thrive in all situations and use your expertise to solve a variety of issues.
What you need
* Live within 25 miles and 1 hour travel from the depot (postcode included in advert).
* A full driving category C licence (HGV 2). Ideally you hold a CE (HGV 1).
* Driver CPC qualification and a digital drivers/tachograph card.
* Comfortable adapting to new technology – training will be provided.
* Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Training and Development
Two weeks of training will be provided – the first week online (Monday to Friday). The second week will take place in Oldbury; expenses will be covered and a car will be provided.
