The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining regulatory compliance, financial performance, and a positive environment for residents and staff.Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and direction to the staff team, fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and high-quality care.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain excellent care standards.
* Oversee daily operations, staffing, and service delivery within the home.
* Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial targets are met.
* Develop and support marketing initiatives to maintain strong occupancy levels.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Skills & Attributes:
* Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home.
* Strong knowledge of care sector regulations and quality standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Commercial awareness with the ability to support business performance.
* Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Qualifications:
* Nursing qualification and professional registration preferred but not essential.
