Making a Meaningful Impact on Adult Social Care Law
East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking an experienced and motivated Adults Solicitor to lead high-impact legal work that safeguards vulnerable adults and strengthens vital services across the region. In this influential role, you will shape complex decision-making, guide frontline practice, and drive lawful, person-centred adult social care delivery within one of the country’s most stable and consistently high-performing councils.

About You
You will bring:
12. A strong background in adult social care law
13. Confident and effective advocacy skills
14. The ability to deliver clear, pragmatic, solutions-focused advice

16. Excellent professional judgement and resilience
17. Flexibility to attend court, hearings and external locations
18. Confidence working across office-based, remote and flexible arrangements
