Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Shift Supervisor. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee shop during your shift.
Salary:
£13.05 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise, delegate tasks, and motivate colleagues to ensure timely completion of duties
* Promote a welcoming team environment, ensuring excellent customer service and up-selling products
* Assist the Store Manager with stock control, ordering, banking, and administration
* Actively participate in food preparation, ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety policies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or retail environment
* A strong ability to lead and motivate a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
