We are currently seeking a Field Technical Manager with Escalator & Elevator knowledge to be the first point of contact for our skilled engineers and technicians, providing support.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to TKE field technicians across the UK, with occasional on-site support when required.
2. Develop technical support capabilities, including training, support, and team oversight, to embed various TKE initiatives.
3. Maintain and update information on TKE products, manuals, diagnostics, adjustment data, technical bulletins, GADs, and electrical schematics, ensuring availability for UK field operations in line with company objectives.
4. Manage the issuance and management of Technical Bulletins and Safety Updates via the Technical Helpdesk.
5. Manage operational metrics, set targets, and implement actions to address shortfalls.
6. Write professional technical reports for clients, consultants, and internal use.
