About the opportunity
Jacobs has developed one of the leading tunnelling consultancy capabilities in the UK, with ~400 geotechnical and tunnelling engineers. The Graduate Fire & Life Safety Engineer will be based in London and undertake tunnel ventilation and fire life safety design work for projects worldwide. The team works on a range of projects from road and rail tunnel ventilation design to building fire strategies, including airflow and heat transfer studies from 1D to 3D CFD analyses. The successful candidate will gain insight into tunnel operations, maintenance and governance as part of their development.
