We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated People Business Partner to join our friendly and forward-thinking HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a key time for PCC as we continue to deliver change and improvement across our services. We’re looking for someone with strong experience in employee relations and organisational change, with the flexibility to adapt and respond in a fast-moving environment.
About the Role
As a trusted partner to managers and leaders across the organisation, you’ll provide expert HR advice and support on a wide range of issues. You’ll be a vital part of shaping and supporting change initiatives and driving positive outcomes for our people and services.
