As Commercial Manager, you will take full commercial leadership across the division, overseeing multiple projects and supporting senior operational leadership.
Leading commercial strategy and contractual governance (NEC & bespoke contracts)
Managing and developing Quantity Surveyors and commercial teams
Overseeing tender reviews, pricing strategy, and risk mitigation
Driving margin protection and commercial performance
Managing change control, claims, and dispute resolution where required
This role requires a commercially astute professional who is confident operating at both project and strategic level. Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within civil engineering or specialist infrastructure
Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects
Commercially strategic, risk-aware, and solutions-focused
