We are currently recruiting for an L&D Business Partner on a full‑time fixed‑term contract until June 2027. The role The L&D Business Partner will support the successful delivery of the People Plans by aligning learning initiatives with our core values and strategic goals, ensuring compliance while driving engagement and colleague development. The L&D Business Partner will work a wide range of stakeholders from entry level to leadership and provide guidance on the full learning and development lifecycle. The key responsibilities will be: Support the Head of HR with the development and implementation of an L&D strategy aligned with business objectives and company values Design and deliver impactful blended learning and development programmes, including management development and the Line Manager Hub, with the support of third-party providers where appropriate Manage and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS) Responsible for the annual mandatory training plans and the administration of the LMS to ensure compliance with our mandatory training requirements Partner with the People Business Partner and People Advisor to support onboarding and career development Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary improvements Ensure adherence with the L&D budget Partner with external training providers Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor solutions accordingly Support Senior Leadership development initiatives Act as a trusted advisor on talent development strategies to senior management and support with the development of succession planning initiatives Supporting with ad hoc HR projects as required. What experience are we looking for?
