What You'll Be Doing as Assistant Manager
* Drive sales performance and support the Store Manager in delivering commercial success
* Lead, inspire and develop the team - focusing on Recruitment & Training and long-term Team Management
* Deliver a premium retail experience and champion Customer Service Excellence
* Oversee day-to-day operations, with responsibility for stock, standards, and Visual Merchandising
* Take ownership of KPIs and contribute to P&L Responsibility alongside your manager
* Support succession planning by coaching your team to be their best every day
What We're Looking For in an Assistant Manager
* Current or recent experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Keyholder in a fast-paced retail environment
* A passion for fashion retail and the ability to lead from the front
* Proven skills in Retail Management, Sales Leadership, and team development
* Commercial mindset with a strong focus on results, customer satisfaction, and brand standards
* Experience managing visual merchandising, stock control, and operational routines
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
