Matrix Leadership & Collaboration Act as the central hub between Sales, Clinical, and Transformation teams. Break down silos and create cohesive, customer-focused strategies. Drive Performance & Culture Be accountable for regional sales targets and overall team performance. Who We’re Looking For Medical Device Expertise: Proven leadership experience in medical device sales; experience in Urology or DAC markets is a distinct advantage.
