Senior Implementation Consultant
We are working with a leading financial technology firm seeking experienced Implementation Consultant to join the Professional Services team. This is a client-facing role that blends business analysis with hands-on configuration and implementation of enterprise software.
You will play a key role in helping clients maximise value from the technology by gathering and analysing requirements, delivering tailored system configurations and workflows.
The chosen candidate will ideally have capital markets or commodities experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead or significantly contribute to software implementations, upgrades, and SaaS migrations
* Gather, document, and analyse business and technical requirements
* Design and implement system configurations and workflows tailored to client needs
* Support data integration and reporting requirements using SQL and BI tools
* Create and maintain client-facing documentation
* Lead or support client meetings, demonstrations, and training workshops
* Mentor and support junior consultants
Qualifications & Skills
1. 8+ years’ experience working for a software vendor or technology-focused organisation
