Pertemps is recruiting an experienced Family Help Social Worker to join a supportive and forward‑thinking Family Help Service in West London. This is a great opportunity to work with children and families at an early stage, helping to prevent escalation and promote positive, sustainable change.
You will:
* Hold a manageable caseload supporting children and families through early help and targeted interventions
* Build strong, trusting relationships to improve safety, stability and family functioning
* Complete high‑quality assessments, plans and direct work
* Work collaboratively with schools, health partners and community services
You need:
* Experience working within early help, family support or statutory children's services
* Social Work England registration
* Strong assessment and relationship‑building skills
* Eligibility to work in the UK
