Lecturer Community Painting and Decorating Hourly Paid
£24.81 per hour (including preparation and marking)
Solihull College is seeking a lecturer to deliver Painting and Decorating courses to adult learners, providing them with essential skills and trade knowledge. The role involves teaching at our Woodlands Campus on either Tuesday or Wednesday evenings for 2 hours. Initially, the role is for 2 hours per week, with potential for additional hours in the future.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in painting/decorating, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for delivering programs efficiently to ensure high student satisfaction, attendance, retention, and success.
You must hold or be willing to work towards a Level 5 teaching qualification. Additionally, strong administrative skills, organization, and punctuality are required.
