A leading engineering services provider is looking for a seasoned Electrical Design Engineer to support the development and execution of advanced electrical systems for industrial environments. What You’ll Do:
* Design and develop electrical equipment and control systems for industrial applications.
* Oversee fabrication, testing, and installation of systems including motors, transformers, power distribution units, and control devices.
* Lead on-site start-ups and ensure installations meet project specifications and customer requirements.
* Produce detailed electrical drawing packages, including schematics, layouts, and bills of materials.
* Develop and debug PLC programs and manage communication networks.
* Collaborate with estimation and project teams to define project scopes and schedules.
What You Bring:
* B.S. in Electrical Engineering (required).
* 5–7 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with electrical wire way systems and industrial equipment a plus.
* Strong grasp of P&IDs, mechanical systems, and safety standards.
* Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
* Ability to travel up to 30% and work in a variety of environments, including global field installations.
