Job Title: Data Administrator
Location: Glasgow - 110 St Vincent Street
Work from Home: Office & Remote - 3 days per week working from home after training
Start Date: October 2025
Hourly Pay Rate: £15.42
Contract Length: 6 months (with view for extension)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, Full Time

We're looking for detail-oriented Data Administrators to support our back-office operations. This role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills who thrive in a collaborative yet independent working environment. Protecting our customers data and ensuring requests are completed quickly and accurately!
Full training will be provided, both in-person and via Microsoft Teams, so you'll be fully equipped to succeed in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity using Microsoft Excel.
Handle complex reconciliation cases with precision and attention to detail.
Set up savings accounts and support wider administrative processes.
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to meet project goals while managing individual responsibilities.
Apply a methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
What We're Looking For:
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Previous experience in administration or book-keeping.
Experience in banking or financial services is ideal but not essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Clear, professional communication abilities.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
