Deputy Home Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Home Manager to work closely with the Home Manager and Senior Staff team to deliver the best possible care to our residents.
Full Time - 37 hours per week
Weekdays and weekends
Salary : £37,138 per year (£19.25 per hour)
Responsibilities:
* You will be sharing responsibility with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the home.
* You’ll help to ensure we provide the best care for our residents whilst maximising the quality of their lives.
Your Skills:
* Essential to hold a Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care.
* You’ll combine relevant experience with excellent management and communication skills.
