The role
The candidate will provide top-level assistance to the executive team. They should be well-organised and experienced in delivering PA/EA support at a senior level.
This is a part-time role, working approximately 20 hours per week (ideally 5 mornings), including two days in the office (ideally Tuesdays and Thursdays) and the rest of the week remotely.

* The full suite of PA/EA responsibilities
* Calendar management
* Diary management
* Travel management
* Organising conferences and events
* Ad-hoc office management duties
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* EA/PA experience at a senior level
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination and logistics
* Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
