This role will play a crucial part in financial control, cost management, and operational performance within a complex manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, year‑end reporting and support external audit activity, ensuring strong compliance with UK GAAP and internal controls. Maintain and improve standard costing models, analyse production variances, and oversee WIP and inventory valuation to ensure accuracy and insight for operational teams. Lead budgeting activity for manufacturing operations while producing rolling forecasts, cashflow projections, and financial insight for production planning. Partner closely with operations, engineering and supply chain teams to influence decision‑making, support cost‑reduction initiatives, and improve operational performance.
