Solutions Analyst III - Low-Latency Core Banking Application

Join our dynamic team to revolutionize the intersection of technology and business. As a Solutions Analyst with JPMorgan’s Liquidity and Account Solutions Technology team, your analytical skills will be key in developing impactful solutions for the Corporate & Investment Bank’s Payments business. We are building a next-generation core wholesale banking platform to manage client liquidity in real-time, supporting millions of accounts and processing thousands of requests per second globally.
Job Responsibilities
* Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
* Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability
* Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy
* Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
* Experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
* Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modelling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making
* Hands-on experience of advanced data visualization and presentation
* Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences
* Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives
* Strong presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
* Knowledge of financial payments and commercial account/liquidity products
* Experience of using Atlassian Jira for requirements capture and technical backlog management
* Experience of using Atlassian Confluence and Lucid Charts for technical documentation and diagramming
* Exposure to agile methodologies such as Scrum, CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
* Experience of working alongside software engineers to help rapidly synthesize, distill, translate and clarify complex business processes into clear written technical requirements
* Knowledge of non-functional requirements and brokering these with the business and technology to enable delivery of high-quality reliable software solutions
* Foundational awareness of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Cloud Practitioner)
