About the role
Our client is a leading company in their sector and are investing heavily into research, development and introduction of new products! They are currently recruiting for a Process Engineer to assist with R&D and continuous improvement projects.
Role & Responsibilities
* Producing Process documents and operating instructions
* Implementing new processes
* Overseeing continuous improvement opportunities on existing processes and workflows
* Creating and introducing testing and validation methods
* Risk Assessments
* Liaising with production, design, manufacturing and R&D to oversee NPI
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Experience creating Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Understanding of H&S regulations
* Experience in a manufacturing environment
* Project management experience (Desirable)
* CAD knowledge (Desirable)
* Lean Manufacturing techniques
