Job Title: Deputy Manager - Supported Living Service Hours: 37.5 hours per week Location: Supported Living Service Contract: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of our supported living service. This role is ideal for an experienced Deputy Manager or a Team Leader looking to progress into management. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered, while promoting independence, dignity, and choice for the people we support. Key Responsibilities Support the Registered Manager with the daily operational management of the service Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver high standards of care and support Ensure care and support plans are person-centred, up to date, and outcomes-focused Support with staff supervision, appraisals, rotas, and performance management Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and procedures Promote safeguarding, dignity, and positive risk-taking Act as a point of contact for families, professionals, and external agencies Participate in on-call duties when required Essential Requirements Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Willingness to work towards further management qualifications if required Experience as a Deputy Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Support Worker within supported living or a similar setting Must be a driver with access to a vehicle Please contact the email below with your up to date cv kurtis@howard-finley.co.uk
