Job Title: Deputy Manager - Supported Living Service
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of our supported living service. This role is ideal for an experienced Deputy Manager or a Team Leader looking to progress into management.
You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered, while promoting independence, dignity, and choice for the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Registered Manager with the daily operational management of the service
* Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver high standards of care and support
* Ensure care and support plans are person-centred, up to date, and outcomes-focused
* Support with staff supervision, appraisals, rotas and performance management
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and procedures
* Promote safeguarding, dignity, and positive risk-taking
* Act as a point of contact for families, professionals, and external agencies
* Participate in on-call duties when required
Essential Requirements
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* Willingness to work towards further management qualifications if required
* Experience as a Deputy Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Support Worker within supported living or a similar setting
* Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
