About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology and digital transformation projects across multiple sites. From ERP rollouts to automation, compliance, IT and software, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how they work.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure projects are scoped, planned, and delivered successfully—always with a clear focus on impact, efficiency, and long-term value.
What You Need
We're looking for someone who can combine strong project management skills with curiosity, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
Essential:
* Proven experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
* Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheets, or Microsoft Project.
* Strong analytically, problem-solving, and change management skills.
* Ability to engage stakeholders and ensure successful adoption of business change.
* Experience in delivering projects in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
Desirable:
* PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile qualifications.
* Background in IT, engineering, or production.
* Experience with ERP, MES, automation, or factory systems.
* Understanding of compliance within manufacturing would be advantageous
* Experience in greenfield tech projects or smart factory upgrades.
